We ran our first successful rugby performance open day for prospective students

On Wednesday 20 March we attracted potential future stars of the game at Cardiff University for our very first rugby performance open day.

The day consisted of presenting to the prospective students of the first-class facilities the university obtains. We out the students through their paces at our state of art gym with our Head of Strength and Conditioning Tom Dickens.

Students made their way down to our Sports Complex where we held a rugby session to out the students through their paces and assess their skills.

Our Head of Rugby, Chris Davies commented.

“It was a fantastic day, great to meet the prospective students and their parents.

This was a good opportunity for us to showcase our facilities and offer students a small taste of our rugby programme”.
