Cardiff University Men’s Rugby Club are proud to announce Gents of Brooklyn as an official sponsor for the 2025/26 BUCS Super Rugby season. The partnership brings together one of Wales’ leading university rugby programmes and the premium barbershop brand renowned for its style, community, and commitment to men’s health.

As part of the partnership, Gents of Brooklyn will support the rugby club in its annual Movember charity appeal, helping to raise awareness and funds for men’s health initiatives.

In addition, fans can look forward to exclusive behind-the-scenes content from the team, which will be made available through our social media channels and Gents of Brooklyn’s channels throughout the season.

Louis Walsh, Managing Director of Gents of Brooklyn, said:

“We are delighted to be partnering with Cardiff University Men’s Rugby Club as they embark on another exciting BUCS Super Rugby campaign. Rugby and barbering both share a strong sense of community and tradition, and this collaboration gives us the chance to support not only performance on the field but also important causes off it, such as Movember. We can’t wait to share some unique content with fans and to be part of the journey this season.”

Chris Davies, Head of Rugby at Cardiff University, added:

“This partnership with Gents of Brooklyn is a fantastic step for the club. Their values align closely with ours – community, excellence, and looking after people. Having their support for Movember is particularly meaningful, as it’s a campaign our players are passionate about every year. We’re excited to work together and look forward to the season ahead.”
